Nariz que Moquea

Wow, I can’t tell you how amazed I am at the support.  Thank you all so much for your kind comments and constructive tips!

Nariz que Moquea is a really versatile spread, you can use it on bagels, you can spread it on a tortilla and fill it with eggs and potatoes and/or meat for a great breakfast burrito or you can add crab, shrimp or other tasty items to make a wonderful dip.  I must warn you though that the recipe as it stands is VERY HOT AND SPICY, if you like a milder flavour use some red bell peppers and only one or two hot peppers.  You can also reduce the heat by removing the seeds from the peppers.  I used it on bagels until I ran out of them and then used some crab I had in the freezer to convert the left overs into a dip it was absolutely delicious both ways!
